Important Information
EXCHANGE SIZE OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE
Graduands are allowed to change the current convocation attire based on actual body size:
1. On the day on of appointment for collection;
2. On the convocation day (registration before entering the hall).
REPRESENTATIVE FOR COLLECT & RETURN OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE
Graduands need to upload the information and a copy of the representative’s identity card on the iConvo system. Graduands are responsible for the permission of a representative to collect and return of convocation attire.
ALTERATIONS/ LOSS/ DAMAGES OF CONVOCATION ATTIRE
Graduands are not allowed to make any alterations (i.e. sewing the sleeves or length of the dress) on any of the convocation attire. A fine will be imposed for any alterations made without the university’s permission. Any alterations, damage or loss, fine is according to the purchase charges.
COLLECT THE CERTIFICATE AND TRANSCRIPT ACADEMIC
Graduands will be required to settle all outstanding bills including the penalty before collecting their certificate and transcipt academic.
