Staff Mobility at Universidad Politècnica De Madrid
|
Staff Mobility program under Erasmus+ grant at Universidad Politècnica De Madrid is a program which will allow staff to undergo teaching and training for a period of maximum five (5) days without taking into account travel days.

| Application Requirement & Eligibility (Outbound student) |
- Possess a good command of the English Language
- Have good health condition
- Be physically present in UTM at the time of application
- Must agree to enroll at the host institution as described in the program plan
- Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the host institution or placement provider.
- Should demonstrate empathy and understanding of cultural difference
- Should demonstrate excellent personal skills.

| Application Process |
- Fill up the Erasmus plus Application Form
- Please make sure that you have completed the entire fields on the application form otherwise we could not process it.
- UTM International will do application review and clarification.
- If doable, applicant will be invited to come for personality test and interview sessions.
- Applicant will be evaluate based on the following criteria:
60% for work plan proposal
40% for Curriculum Vitae (CV)
6. We will select the top student among best applicants.
7. The result will announce through applicant’s email address

| Financial Support |
- Maximum financing of mobility for UTM staff will be five days (without taking into account travel days). Successful candidate will receive an amount of €120 per day (excluding travel days) and a grant for the round trip ticket according to the distance between Madrid and Johor Bahru.

Apply for Going Abroad Approval and/or Sponsorship Approval
- Staff who involve in any international program is COMPULSORY to apply for going abroad application to Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni). The application must be submitted at least a month before program start officiallt through Form A “PERMOHONAN BARU PERJALANAN KE LUAR NEGARA” at https://hrfin.utm.my/smuhr/
Monitor staff’s status during abroad
Maintain a good relations with UTM International & faculty
- Staff must update any activities while abroad to faculty and UTM International. The updates should be submitted online through UTM International Submit Blog Post.

- Any changes of contact must be informed to faculty and UTM International

Health
- Vaccination (if required)
- Health Insurance. Staff are advised to purchase health insurance when going abroad which covers for the entire period of stay. Bring enough medicine and first aid kit and Medicines.
- Upon arrival, participants may contact an insurance at UPM On- Campus (http://www.oncampus.es/) with price of €29 for the five months.

Program report MUST be submitted within 14 days after program end which are:
1) Program report in hardcopy and pictures which related to program involve. Together with softcopy of pictures in CD(s) in CD. (In image file only). Submit the report to:

3) Fill up Online Outbound Feedback Form at https://dvcai.utm.my/international/outbound-mobility-feedback-form/.
Note : Certificate will only be issued for those who submit the program report. |
