Staff Mobility at Universidad Polit\u00e8cnica De Madrid<\/u><\/strong>

Staff Mobility program under Erasmus+ grant at Universidad Polit\u00e8cnica De Madrid is a program which will allow staff to undergo\u00a0 teaching and training for a period of maximum five (5) days without taking into account travel days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

  1. Possess a good command of the English Language<\/li>\n
  2. Have good health condition<\/li>\n
  3. Be physically present in UTM at the time of application<\/li>\n
  4. Must agree to enroll at the host institution as described in the program plan<\/li>\n
  5. Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the host institution or placement provider.<\/li>\n
  6. Should demonstrate empathy and understanding of cultural difference<\/li>\n
  7. Should demonstrate excellent personal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Application Process<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  1. Fill up the Erasmus plus Application Form<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Please make sure that you have completed the entire fields on the application form otherwise we could not process it.<\/li>\n
  3. UTM International will do application review and clarification.<\/li>\n
  4. If doable, applicant will be invited to come for personality test and interview sessions.<\/li>\n
  5. Applicant will be evaluate based on the following criteria:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    60% for work plan proposal<\/p>\n

    40% for Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/p>\n

    6. We will select the top student among best applicants.<\/p>\n

    7.\u00a0 The result will announce through applicant\u2019s email address<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Financial Support<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  1. Maximum financing of mobility for UTM\u00a0<\/strong> staff will be five days (without taking into account travel days). Successful candidate will receive an amount of \u20ac120 per day<\/strong> (excluding travel days) and a grant for the round trip ticket according to the distance between Madrid and Johor Bahru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Program Report<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Program report MUST be submitted within 14 days after program end which are:
\n1) Program report in hardcopy and pictures which related to program involve. Together with softcopy of pictures in CD(s) in CD. (In image file only). Submit the report to:<\/p>\n
