Student Mobility at Universidad Polit\u00e8cnica De Madrid<\/u>

Student exchange program under Erasmus+ grant at Universidad Polit\u00e8cnica De Madrid is a program which will allow students to go for one semester exchange institutions as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Students’ final score\/ grade for certain courses that have been taken at partner institutions<\/a> will be acknowledged by UTM to be transferred back to the students’ related UTM courses.\u00a0 Regarding the credits transfer, students must first consult with the faculty of study in UTM.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00a0Application Requirement & Eligibility (Outbound student)

  1. Registered as an active student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Must complete at least one semester study in UTM and must NOT in the last semester study in UTM<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Have a great point average of 3.0 or higher<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Possess a good command of the English Language<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Have good health condition<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Be physically present in UTM at the time of application<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Must agree to enroll at the host institution as described in the program plan<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the host institution or placement provider.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Should demonstrate empathy and understanding of cultural difference<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Should demonstrate excellent personal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Agree to be responsible for the costs incurred. \u00a0The students may seeks other sources of sponsors including that provided by UTM to subsidize some expenses including travel, accommodation and insurance expenses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  1. Fill up the\u00a0Study Abroad Application Form<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Submit the form along with the supporting documents to UTM International before the deadline of 25th October 2015 for Spring semester (February 2015)\u00a0 or 25th April 2016 for Fall semester (September).<\/strong>

  3. Please make sure that you have completed the entire fields on the application form otherwise we could not process it.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. UTM International will do application review and clarification.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If doable, applicant will be invited to come for personality test and an interview session.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0We will select the top student among best applicants.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The result will announce through applicant\u2019s email on early November.<\/strong>

Financial Support

  1. Maximum financing of mobility for UTM\u00a0<\/strong> students will be five months but students could stay longer (if preferable) at your own expenses.<\/li>\n
  2. UTM students will receive an amount of <\/strong>\u20ac800 per month in a monthly basis with a grant for <\/strong>the round trip ticket according to the distance between <\/strong>Madrid and <\/strong>Johor Bahru.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Program report MUST be submitted within 14 days after program end which are:
\n1) Program report in hardcopy and pictures which related to program involve. Together with softcopy of pictures in CD(s) in CD. (in image file only). Submit the report to:<\/p>\n
