During the lecture session, they were exposed to how classes were conducted. During the visit,&nbsp;they were briefed about the activities that have been organized by UTMXCITE. For the morning session, Ms Minna, a senior lecturer from Metropolia Business School, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland was was invited to give a talk to staff&nbsp;and students on \u201cPersonal Branding and Employability through Effective Communication\u201d at the Convention Hall of Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS), UTM Johor Bahru. The souvenirs that they purchased include&nbsp;<em>Baju Kurung<\/em>, a traditional Malaysian females\u2019 garment, as well as Kaftan sleeping wears, in which both types of items strongly represent Malaysian custom and culture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[su_custom_gallery source=&#8221;media: 2518,2520,2521&#8243; width=&#8221;230&#8243; height=&#8221;230&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ms Minna concluded her visit, together with Ms Mari to UTM Johor Bahru, Malaysia for Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Programme (inbound), with the saying;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cOur visit to UTM Malaysia was a great success. During our visit we learned a lot on both content and also on best practices. Our program was a perfect combination of formal professional and more informal cultural activities.
