Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is a great pleasure for me to welcome all delegates to the International Postgraduate Poster Conference 2022 (IPPC2022) here at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia on the 7^th  – 8^th of September 2022. This conference is a joint conference with the International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences (ICBMEHS 2022). On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to express our utmost appreciation and gratitude to School of Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, for their involvement and support. Special appreciation also goes to Mindmatics Sdn Bhd and E-Life Solutions for sponsoring this conference.

With the aims of bringing closer the researchers, academics, and postgraduate students from all over the world, this conference wishes to be a platform that foster future collaboration, extend networking, as well as exchange ideas, findings and information on the improvised and/or new technology and invention in different kind of fields. This is also the best platform and avenue to expose all the postgraduate students to gain new experiences during their study duration, and to share their upcoming or current research project through the presentation of posters to the international panel of evaluators.

Several key areas will be highlighted in this poster conference including engineering, technology, science and social science field. Thus, we strongly believe that IPPC 2022 is the best platform to address and discuss the issues and findings that the postgraduate students can share. Furthermore, there will be awards for best paper of three from each of the tracks.

Lastly, my heartiest congratulations are due to the organizing committee for having tirelessly working towards making this event a reality.
