SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Poster Submission (Submission DEADLINE: 31 July 2022)

Participants are to write the poster according to the provided template.

Pre-Recorded Video Submission (Submission DEADLINE: 15 August 2022)

• Participants are free to use any template as the presentation slides.
• All videos must be encoded as MP4.
• Video must be set for HD format minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 or other 720p settings.
• Name the video file as: IPPC_PresenterName.mp4 (Eg: IPPC_MariaMusa.mp4)
• The presentation should not exceed 5 minutes. Videos that exceeded the time limit will be trimmed by the organizer.
• The pre-recorded video presentation must include a small window box on left-hand side of the slides showing the speaking presenter.

Tips for recording:

• Record alone in a place that is as quiet as possible.
• Avoid a place that has an echo or bad acoustics.
• Use a good microphone and place it close to your mouth.
• If possible, avoid using the default built-in microphone on the computer.
• Conduct testing before full recording.

Disclaimer:

• All participants must be available for Q&A session during their presentation slot. This is a requirement for the participant to receive their certificate and to be nominated for award categories.
