Ia merupakan usaha ke arah pendemokrasian pendidikan dalam membentuk rakyat Malaysia yang berpengetahuan menerusi penguasaan ilmu.<\/p>\n<p>Selain dari penekanan kepada kepelbagaian kaedah pembelajaran dan pengajaran, terdapat juga keperluan penawaran pendidikan dengan pelbagai kaedah termasuk secara eksekutif, pembelajaran jarak jauh, e-pembelajaran, pembelajaran berasaskan kerja, pembelajaran separuh masa atau mengikuti program pembangunan professional dan penjimatan dalam tempoh pengajian.<\/p>\n<p>Program \u2018accelerated-master\u2019 merupakan satu konsep yang digunapakai bagi menyokong pembelajaran fleksibel yang melibatkan penjimatan dalam tempoh pengajian sehingga setahun.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam usaha ke arah pembelajaran fleksibel, UTM telah memohon dan seterusnya mendapat kebenaran khas daripada Bahagian Dasar dan Perancangan Strategik, Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA) untuk menjalankan Program Integrasi Sarjana Muda-Sarjana (PRISMS) sebagai menyokong inovasi dan fleksibiliti dalam kurikulum, selaras dengan kerangka Kurikulum Tersedia Masa Hadapan (rujuk Lampiran A).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3\"><strong>RASIONAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>PRISMS diperkenalkan atas rasional berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Inovasi pendidikan ke arah kurikulum fleksibel.
