The Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) role and responsibility is to determining the objectives and direction of academic and international activities of the University.

DVCAI office also has the responsibilities to enhance academic policy development, to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and facilitating Internationalization activities for both staff and students in UTM.
