Between 14 and 15 December 2016 AUN/SEED-Net Secretariat made a visit to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru campus.
On the first day, they met with the students and their advisors who are under Civil Engineering. The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kasem Choocharukul, AUN/SEED-Net Assistant Executive Director. This year we welcomed a new student under Ph.D. Sandwich program. At the same time, two students are going to graduate in the next few months with excellent academic performance. Congratulations!!!
Secretariat also had a session with the management of UTM, a number of faculty members who were awarded with their research grants, and UTM Research Management Center. We exchanged information about the grant implementation. It was also a great opportunity to learn about concerns from involved parties. This will be taken into account for future improvement.
